Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 633ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of winnings derived from duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 633ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including delays in withdrawal processing caused by mismatched identity details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 633ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 633ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
633ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.
All deposits to your 633ph account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 633ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. 633ph processes GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 633ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 633ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 633ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
633ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 633ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
633ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Your use of the 633ph Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 633ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon termination of your account for cause, 633ph may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements on claimed bonuses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
